A TVT Realized Its Dream For Transformation With Nearly a Dozen Enterprises

Aleta Wondo Polytechnic College in the Sidama region has accomplished achievements in TVT entrepreneurialization thanks to the EDI-led SEED program in collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation.

The college.

• Established 10 new businesses: including a cafe , laundry, bakery, and printing center. .

• Created an incubation center: Supporting student entrepreneurs. .

• Inspired staff to become entrepreneurs themselves. .

• Become an invaluable resource for other TVTs in the area.

In addition to creating jobs, these businesses have started generating revenue. EDI provided expert guidance, training, and mentorship, demonstrating how innovation and entrepreneurship can transform institutions and communities. .
