EDI Delivers Five-Day Training of Trainers Program for AFLEx

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) has successfully completed a five-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program for the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEx), held from November 5–9, 2025 at the AFLEx Academy campus in Sululta.

The comprehensive capacity-building program was designed to strengthen the facilitation skills of AFLEx training staff, providing them with advanced tools, innovative methodologies, and practical techniques to enhance the delivery of impactful learning experiences.

Throughout the week, participants engaged in interactive sessions, experiential learning modules, and reflective facilitation exercises, all aimed at fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional growth within the academy’s training ecosystem.

According to EDI, the initiative underscores its commitment to supporting institutions that play a critical role in developing Africa’s next generation of leaders. By reinforcing human capital and upgrading facilitation competencies, the program contributes directly to AFLEx’s mission of cultivating leadership excellence across the continent.
